Featuring a 5-inch IPS screen, the DT5100 runs on Android 7.1.2 OS and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa-core 1.8GHz processor coupled with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. Supporting dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and an optional LTE module, the DT5100 is an all purpose built PDA designed for both indoor and outdoor applications
Enhanced Wi-Fi Performance
The DT5100 is implemented with the proven Wi-Fi enhancement features from the DT series; including Single SSID enforcement, Seamless roaming, and Wi-Fi always on enforcement. This helps system intergrators to optimise the Wi-Fi performance on site.
Admin / User Mode
Unlike consumer Android devices, the DT5100 can be run in Admin or User mode. This prevents end users from installing applications and changing device settings.
Data Capture Options
With available options of NFC, camera, barcode scanner, and smart card reader, it transforms the DT5100 into an intensive data capture device according to the application needs.
Long Operating Hours
Designed for a full day operation, the DT5100 has a removable 3200mAh Lithium battery together with a dynamic power management system to ensure continuous operation without a need for charging. For the most power demanding applications, a spare battery can always be charged by the charging cradle for easy replacement.
Extra Durability
The DT5100 is engineered to withstand spills and impacts by conforming to IP65 rating and 1.5m drop test standard.This enables the DT5100 to survive accidental drops and water splash that happen in everyday use.
